Email nicopetrides123@gmail.com with your device model and iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot. SignQuest is maintained by one developer, so replies usually arrive within a few days.

Where is my data stored, and how do I delete it?

SignQuest stores your progress and settings on your device. Deleting the app removes that data permanently — there is no server copy we can restore it from, so it cannot be recovered afterwards.

Can I limit ad personalization?

Yes. iOS controls this system-wide under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.
